This video is coming out of the basement archives ( I have hair and stylish shoes!) but it is still relevant and a challenge. This workout is perfect for athletes wanting a light workout/dynamic warmup the morning of an event. There is very little load but will challenge you and your nervous system in all planes of motion. This workout can be performed daily as it will not require days of recovery. If you find this workout challenging? Continue to work at it until it is manageable. Your body will adapt to any stimulus you repeatedly apply to it. So keep applying it and you will feel better and move better!
