CGP Ep130&131 Rotational Power Part 1&2

Coach Glass, Top Golf Coach, Conditioning Specialist

1Developing explosive rotational power requires serious dedication from the athlete in the gym. What you do in the training sessions can be the difference maker between creating true speed and power versus just expending energy. Over the past 25 years I had the opportunity to work with some of the world’s greatest rotational athletes. What I have learnt from this experience may surprise you. Texts have been written, presentations have been presented and studies have been published. Don’t believe the hype! To make someone world class you need to paint outside the lines. The standard protocol for training rotary athletes will make you good but the colour that lands outside the lines is the part that makes you exceptional. In this episode I share with you how venturing outside of the lines has helped me develop the training principles that make you #LoadXplode. They are simple. But you need to adjust your way of thinking to enjoy the benefits. This episode is a 2 parter because we go DEEP! In the 1st episode I lay the foundation and discuss Joint Integrity and Deceleration Training. I also share how these concepts came about and how they have morphed and been refined over the years. @perform_better @mytpi @2UNDR #CoachGlassNextLevel #DreamBig #OverDeliver #BeUndeniable Coach Glass

2As promised here is part 2 of the Rotational Power episode! Apparently I went too DEEP on the first part and had to break it into 2. In this episode we dive into Anti-Rotation and High Threshold Training Concepts. I mentioned that I would share with you my Dynamic Warm Up for the Gym video that I referenced in the show. If you want me to send it your way simply send me an email to info@jasonglassperformancelab.com or if you are a member of the #CoachGlassNextLevel you already have access to it! The warm up is an assessment and the assessment is a warm up! @perform_better @mytpi @2UNDR #CoachGlassNextLevel #DreamBig #OverDeliver #BeUndeniable Coach Glass
