I have seen the introduction of more trends and fitness fads over my 25 years in the fitness industry than I have been mistaken for Mark Wahlberg in the airport (which happens often). We have gone from body building, aerobics, personal training, tai bo, spin classes, Crossfit, Zumba, Spartan Racing, and Ninja Warrior training. The pendulum swings and it sways and it repeats itself throughout history. I believe the one constant, that may not be sexy and may not be marketable, but is always relevant and the priority for a happy life….MOVEMENT TRAINING.
