The Feel Better Series was filmed in 2012. The exercises and program are still valid today. The fashion and the fact I have hair may throw you off but the Off Day Workout works! All you need is a medicine ball, bench and your body weight. For the med ball throws you can use band presses if you are missing a wall or a training partner to return the ball to you. Enjoy it!
