ep159 YOJAYIts time to get real! I mean REALLY real! The fitness industry has created a false world where everyday is lived to the max and portrayed as this perfect life. Perfect nutrition, kick ass morning routine, every training session is amazing, and you wake up every day pissing excellence! This is not real. In fact it is the furthest thing from the truth. In reality we are all human beings and being a human means you will have good days and bad days. You will give in at times to your cravings, stay in bed, sit on the couch instead of training and maybe just maybe watch reality TV and eat bon bons! The trick is to set up a daily routine and habits that will create more productive good days than bad days.
