Finding your philosophy is easy and complex at the same time. Take away the names of the sources in which you learnt the various techniques that you use and look at each element as a building block for your philosophy. “This is a TPI exercises” No its not. Its an exercise. “This is a crossfit technique” No its not… it is a circuit of exercises. Now that you have that out of the way, look at what you do with your athletes each day. How do you tie it all together? You are an individual with unique experiences and unique skills. That unique way that you use the information you have and react to your environment is your philosophy.
