It is week two of 2018 which means your New Years Resolutions have already been broken. Now lets get back to reality. Lets get back to the #NittyGritty. What you want to accomplish this time of year should have been set up last summer. What you want to accomplish next summer needs to be planned and put in place NOW!
This Week’s Task: Create a blueprint for your routines/systems that will allow you execute at the highest level. Define your work schedule, determine how others can access you, prioritize your checklist with your priorities at the top! Set these black and white rules of engagement and then live inside the lines in 2018. It shouldn’t be too hard…you created the parameters!
