#DreamBIG Sixteen

You only have so much energy and so much time each day to invest in your mission. You each have your own capacity for performing work and a limited number of decisions you can make in a day. Each task you take on and every mental act requires energy. So how much of this limited resource are you putting into things that are outside of your control?
This weeks task: I want you to take inventory of all the aspects of your life that are in your control and which ones are outside of your control. Make 2 columns. Controllable vs Uncontrollable. Each time you find yourself spending brain power or energy thinking about the uncontrollable I want you to stop, take note and acknowledge that you no longer need to spend time with these elements as they are outside of your control!
