This Week’s Task: I want you look at an aspect of your life that you are currently working on. What is driving you to create change? Are you doing it because you don’t want to be the person you are right now? I want you to exercise, eat better, and work harder. Not for you! For the people around you. Do it because you want to be the best parent, lover, partner, colleague you can be. It is amazing how your results will come faster when you are doing it for others.
