How would you like to be ultra focussed? Be more effective and efficient in your day? Today’s episode will help you do exactly that!
This Week’s Task: Put a timer on your phone for 30 minutes or an hour and then shut off your wifi and alerts on your laptop. Now ask yourself “How much can I accomplish in this hour?” Now GO!!! Once the alarm goes off you need to get up, remove yourself from the environment you were working and refresh yourself. Go for a walk, watch some videos, have a coffee, then get back and do it again!
