“#YOJAY! What is your number one exercise for a guy with a Dad BOD?” Whaaaaaaaat? This should be the easiest question to answer but if you think about it…it quickly becomes the hardest question. How deep do we go? Where are we starting and where do you want to finish? How much change in your current lifestyle can you handle? How much are you willing to sacrifice? How did you get this dad bod in the first place? I was recently asked this question from a 45 year old man who has a desk job, looks healthy, runs a couple of days a week and eats “okay”. “I want to lose this little muffin top and put on a little muscle.” So where do we start? Make it too simple and I come across like I don’t know anything, go to deep and I make the process unmanageable. This week’s episode of the Coach Glass Podcast is my answer to his question if I could have told him what he really should do to accomplish his goals.
