Dynamic Warm Up 5 is a warm up but can also be used as a Body Prep or a High Threshold Workout. It is a core based floor routine that I use with my athletes after their Gym Warm Up to prepare their body for the HT, ST or PW circuit. It focusses on mobility and stability with a flow from movement to movement that requires neuromuscular control. So use it as a stand alone piece or incorporate it into your routine.
