You can do exercises and golf drills till the cow comes home. It all means nothing if you can’t deliver maximal force through the impact zone. “Yeah but I can touch my toes!” Ohh really? Can you touch the green with a 7 iron form 170 yards? “No, but I can deep Squat?“ That doesn’t mean Jack Squat if you can’t get on the dance floor on a par 5 in 2!
