Here are the basics components to my Off Season Training Program:
- Build some hypertrophy in the back, legs, triceps, shoulders and core.
- Add pure strength to the biceps and chest.
- Work in the sagittal plane to maximize load.
- Adjust reps to 6-8 or 10-12 depending on goals
- Increase sets and rest intervals.
