Intention is a word people often use to get themselves off the hook for not doing what they know they know they should have done. Intention isn’t an action of the past, it’s an action of the PRESENT! You need to be IN-tention which is taking actions in the now for what you want to be in the future! Who you are today is a culmination of the person you have been and your actions over the past weeks, months, years. You create an intention for what you want to be based on the actions you are now taking to accomplish it. You can’t change what you did last year, month, week or even last minute but you can change your future by applying some tension to your body mind and soul TODAY! I challenge you all this month to take some time in-front of the mirror. Introspection into the person you were this year and the person you want to be in 2020. To make change you need to add tension to the areas of your life that don’t match the person you want to be. Comfort does not create adaptation. You need to get uncomfortable! To create uncomfortableness requires you to set an INtention to stay inTENSION till your goals are met!
