Do you have the cojones it takes to be an entrepreneur? Do you wake up each morning with an insatiable hunger for success? There is nothing wrong with being an employee unless you were born with an inner Entrepreneurial Warrior in your heart. In this episode I breakdown the characteristics that make a great entrepreneur and in the event you don’t possess these attributes I also share what it takes to be a successful employee. Most employees dream about starting their own business thinking that it would bring them freedom! “Being your own boss would be the best! You can do what you want when you want!” That statement couldn’t be further from the truth! Becoming an entrepreneur shackles you to your own expectations. You will become the CEO of the limited company that is you. And your new boss is a son of a bitch to work for. You cant badge in and badge out at the end of the day. The day will never end! Your business will be on your mind from the moment you wake till the moment your eyes close for the night. Even then you will dream from time to time about the list of tasks you need to complete upon waking. But if you are wired to be an Entrepreneurial Warrior… you wouldn’t have it any other way!
